CANCELLATION POLICY

Each appointment is reserved with intention to provide a thoughtful, personalized experience for every guest. If something comes up, I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service total Thank you for understanding this policy and respecting the time and care that goes into each guest experience.
